I get grossed out by scrapple–mostly because I’ve seen it made, and it’s not pretty. That said, who am I to poo-poo (no pun intended) National Scrapple Day? I mean, my people have farming backgrounds. My grandparents were dairy farmers… and I’ve certainly still got family who farms, from corn to pigs.
